2. Data collected and purpose
This website only collects data through the contact form (name, email address and message) in order to respond to enquiries and manage bookings. Payment data, where applicable, is processed directly by the relevant payment platform. El Saber Invisible does not store bank or card details under any circumstances.
If you choose to leave a testimonial through the testimonial form, the following is collected: your name (as you want it to appear), city or country, the service received, the text, an optional photo, an optional link to your post or video and your email address. The email is never published: it is used only to write to you if needed. The photo is cropped and re-encoded on upload (its metadata, such as location, is removed) and is published only with your authorisation and after review. The rest is published on this website only if you have ticked the authorisation box and after review. The legal basis is your consent.
3. Data retention
Contact data is kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and, where applicable, to respond to any subsequent claims. Data related to purchases or invoicing is kept for 5 years in accordance with current tax legislation.
Published testimonials are kept until you ask for their removal by writing to contacto@elsaberinvisible.com; when removed they are deleted completely, including the email. Testimonials that are rejected without being published are deleted immediately.
4. Third-party disclosure
Data is not shared with third parties except where required by law or strictly necessary to provide the contracted service (e.g. the payment platform). No data is sold to anyone.
5. International transfers
No data transfers outside the European Economic Area are made, unless the service providers used have the appropriate safeguards established under the GDPR.
6. Your rights
You may exercise the following rights by writing to contacto@elsaberinvisible.com, indicating "Data Protection" in the subject line and attaching a copy of your ID:
